Administration Services  

The Administrative Manager coordinates the activities of the staff responsible for carrying out the management and administrative-accounting tasks pertaining to the Department and cooperates with the Director in the preparation of the economic budget and investments and in the preparation of the minutes of the Department Council. He/she cooperates with the Research Services office in the preparation and reporting of research project budgets.

The administrative staff of the Department cooperates with the Administrative Manager in carrying out activities related to procurement procedures, DURC - CIG - CUP requests, foreign payment procedures, invoicing, settlement procedures, inventories and changes in assets, management of authorizations and settlements for missions, monitoring of common and research funds.
